Who handles your data

What we collect
When you send us an inquiry by phone, Viber, email or the website form, we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, phone or email, preferred dates, number of guests and your message.
When you check in, Bulgarian tourism law requires us to register guest details (names, date of birth, nationality and identity document details) in the national Unified Tourism Information System.
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, confirm your booking and send you check-in instructions — legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To meet our legal obligations — guest registration and accounting (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Who else has access
Form inquiries are not stored on any server: the form opens your own SMS or email app and the message goes directly to us.
We share data with public authorities only where the law requires it. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Guest registration data and accounting records are kept for the periods set by the Bulgarian Tourism Act and Accountancy Act.
Your rights
